Chat, board and tools

You do not need one universal surface. Use the one that fits the moment:

BOARD.md / ROADMAP.md Humans and agents Quick Git-reviewable state and roadmap.
CLI Agent Named actions, checks, history and briefs.

The CLI is the agent’s control surface. The human product is the conversation and the board. All surfaces read the same facts; none of them is a second source of truth.

The normal human flow

Chat: "What needs me?"
  → agent brief
Board: review the handover batch
  → accept or request changes
Chat: "Accept it" / "Request changes"
  → agent records the decision
